Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours of placement.
Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
Customized or personalized products cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
💫 7-Day Return Policy
We follow a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Our products are shipped in secure transparent packaging, allowing you to view the item before unsealing it.
You can request a return if the item meets the below conditions.
✅ Return Accepted If:
The product is damaged inside the sealed packaging.
The wrong product was received.
A product or accessory is missing inside the sealed packaging.
🚫 Return Not Accepted If:
The product or packaging is opened, used, or tampered by the customer.
A part of the product is missing or altered after delivery.
The return request is made after 7 days from delivery.

- Send clear photos or videos of the product and packaging before opening.
- Once verified, we’ll guide you through the return or replacement process.
💰 Refund Process
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at checkout.
For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.
Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
