💍 1. Placing an Order
You can place your order directly on our official website:

You can also select Store Pickup if you prefer to collect your order from our Pune outlet.
You may create an account on Silvinity to track your orders easily (recommended) or proceed as a guest.
Want to include a personal note?
We can add a handwritten note with your order — simply mention your message in the “Order Notes” section during checkout.
💫 2. Shipping & Delivery
At Silvinity, all orders are shipped FREE across India — with no minimum order value.
Delivery Timeline:
Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch.
In remote or rural areas, delivery may take additional 2–4 days depending on our courier partner’s service availability.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
You can also track your order through the “Track Order” section on our website.
Delivery Attempts:
Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your order up to three times before returning it to us. Please ensure your mobile number, pincode, and landmark are correct to ensure timely delivery.
Note:
- Sundays and public holidays are not considered business days.
- Multiple orders cannot be combined due to compliance and tracking protocols.
