• Gold jewellery

• Gold/silver buyback or exchange services

Variations

Because our items are handcrafted:

• Colours may differ slightly
• Stones may vary in shade
• Polish/finish may appear different across screens
• Slight irregularities may occur

These are normal characteristics of handcrafted jewellery.

5. Pricing, Taxes & Availability

• All prices are listed in INR
• Prices may change at any time
• Taxes included unless stated otherwise
• Product availability can change without notice
• In case of pricing errors, orders may be cancelled and refunded

6. Order Processing & Acceptance

An order is confirmed only after:

• Successful payment (for prepaid orders)
• Verification by our team
• Dispatch of the product

Silvinity may cancel orders if:

• Payment fails
• The address is incorrect
• Fraud is suspected
• Stock is unavailable

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Free Pan India Delivery
• COD available
• Store pickup available (Pune)
• Order processing: 1–3 business days
• Delivery time: 5–7 business days
• Remote locations may take longer

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier disruptions
• Weather / festivals / natural events
• Customer unavailability

8. Returns, Replacement & Refund

7-Day Replacement Available for:

• Wrong item received
• Damaged product inside sealed packaging
• Missing product

Not Eligible:

• Used or worn items
• Tarnishing or blackening due to oxidation
• Stones falling due to wear & tear
• Scratches, dents, bending
• Damage after use
• Late return requests

Refunds:

• Prepaid → same payment method
• COD → bank transfer

Unboxing video/photos are required for damage claims.

9. Polish, Colour & Wear Disclaimer (IMPORTANT)

Silver naturally reacts with air, sweat, moisture, and chemicals.

No Guarantee/Warranty on:

• Colour fading
• Polish erosion
• Silver turning black
• Stone loosening or falling
• Natural wear & tear
• Scratches, bends, dents
• Damage from water, perfume, cosmetics, sweat

These are natural behaviours of silver and not defects.

Natural Silver Behavior

• Silver oxidises and may darken over time
• Plated jewellery (gold/rose gold) may fade
• Daily usage can loosen stones

Solution for Customers

You may visit your nearest trusted jeweller for:

• Polishing
• Cleaning
• Replating

This restores shine and makes the piece look fresh again.

These services are not included in product purchase.

10. Limitation of Liability

Silvinity is not liable for:

• Direct or indirect damages
• Loss due to misuse of products
• Courier delays or service issues
• Tarnishing, stone loss, wear & tear
• Errors in content or delays in service

Maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid by the customer.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Silvinity, its owners, employees, and partners harmless from claims arising from:

• Misuse of the website
• Violation of Terms
• Infringement of third-party rights

12. Third-Party Services

We use third-party partners for:

• Payment processing
• Courier/delivery
• Hosting and IT services

We are not responsible for errors caused by third-party systems, delays, or policy changes.
